Follow-Up Appointment

  • This follow-up appointment allows us to review progress and monitor your response to treatment. These sessions primarily focus on medication management, but may also include therapy or other interventions as needed.

  • Appointment frequency is tailored to your individual needs.

  • Each session lasts up to 30 minutes, with an out-of-pocket fee of $300 (actual cost may vary based on insurance coverage). Appointments can be conducted in person or via telemedicine.

Follow-Up 50 Minute
$600.00
  • This appointment type is similar to a typical follow-up but is often more focused on psychotherapy. It can also be scheduled when additional time is needed to address a specific issue.

  • These appointments last up to 50 minutes and have an out-of-pocket fee of $600 (the actual cost to you will depend on your insurance coverage). Appointments can be conducted in person or via telemedicine.

Consultation/Second Opinion
$700.00
  • This appointment can be scheduled for a one-time consultation or a second opinion, and requests can come from individuals or other providers.

  • Appointments are 70 minutes long and cost $700. They can be conducted in person or via telemedicine.

Cancellation policy
  • Patients are asked to provide at least 24 hours notice before canceling appointment.

  • Barring a medical emergency or extenuating circumstances, if sufficient notice is not provided or the patient is not present for the schedule appointment, the full fee will be charged.
