Whole-person, evidence-based approach to mental well-being
Initial Consultation and Evaluation
(60 minutes) $600
This first appointment is a comprehensive consultation where we take time to understand your current concerns, personal background, mental health history, and medical history. The goal is to gain a clear picture of your experiences and overall well-being.
By the end of the session, we’ll share our clinical impressions, discuss possible treatment options, and determine the best path forward together. If ongoing care is recommended, we’ll collaboratively plan next steps, which may include therapy, medication support, or lifestyle-focused strategies tailored to your needs.
Individual Therapy +/- Medication Management Follow-up
(45 minutes) $450
Psychotherapy, often called talk therapy, provides a supportive and confidential space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Our goal is to create a warm, non-judgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing your story while we work together toward meaningful personal growth and emotional well-being.
Sessions are usually scheduled weekly, whether for therapy alone or combined therapy and medication follow-up. Depending on individual needs, appointment frequency can be adjusted, including more frequent or less frequent sessions when appropriate.
Individual Medication Management Only Follow-up (30 minutes) $325
We offer medication management services to help address symptoms that may be affecting your daily well-being. This support can be provided alongside psychotherapy or as a standalone option if you already have a therapist or prefer medication-focused care.
During appointments, we carefully review available medication options, including benefits, possible side effects, usage guidance, and any questions you may have — ensuring you can make informed decisions about your treatment. Your response to medication is monitored closely, with adjustments made when necessary to achieve the best outcomes. Our approach prioritises using the most effective treatment with the lowest necessary medication levels while respecting your comfort and preferences.
Follow-up visits are typically more frequent when starting or adjusting medications and may become less frequent once stability is achieved, depending on your individual needs.
Consultation/Second Opinion $700
We offer second-opinion consultations for individuals currently under the care of another provider or seeking a one-time comprehensive evaluation before transitioning care.
The consultation includes a review of your intake materials, current concerns, psychiatric and medical history, and relevant records. Depending on your needs, the process typically involves 1 to 3 visits.
Following the evaluation, we will discuss our impressions and recommendations with you and provide a written report to your current provider.
This service is consultative only and does not establish ongoing care with our practice.
To request a second-opinion consultation, please contact us by phone or email.
Cancellation policy
Patients are asked to provide at least 24-48 hours notice before canceling appointment.
Barring a medical emergency or extenuating circumstances, if sufficient notice is not provided or the patient is not present for the schedule appointment, the full fee will be charged.

Insurance Information
Out-of-Network Coverage
To maintain a more personalised and flexible approach to care, Boston Premier Psychiatry operates as an out-of-network provider for insurance plans. This allows us to focus on treatment decisions based on your individual needs rather than insurance limitations on services or session frequency.
After each appointment, we provide a detailed receipt (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Many insurance plans with out-of-network benefits may reimburse a portion of the fees, depending on your specific coverage.
If you plan to use out-of-network benefits, we recommend confirming details directly with your insurance provider, including coverage for telehealth services if applicable. Our team is happy to guide you through the process and help ensure you have the necessary documentation for reimbursement.
